From PR-115 in Rincón take PR-413 toward the marina and follow Black Eagle Road down to the water. The lot beside the ramp was repaved in 2026 and parking is free. Walk onto the sand beside the boat ramp. Mike or Natassja meets you there with the dinghy and runs guests out to Starchaser three or four at a time. Aguadilla airport (BQN) is about 30 minutes away by car, Mayagüez about 30, and San Juan about two and a half hours on PR-22 and PR-2.
